A free 30-minute discovery call, followed by a paid technical audit. We deliver a written architecture proposal with cost, timeline, and acceptance criteria before any build work begins.
Q_03 How long does a typical project take?
Most automation projects ship in 3 to 8 weeks. Trading systems and RAG knowledge bases generally run 6 to 12 weeks including walk-forward validation or evaluation harness work. Long-term retainers are available for ongoing operations.

Most engagements are fixed-price by milestone, scoped after the technical audit. Ongoing operations, on-call, and incremental features run on a monthly retainer.

Noxyra AI is a worldwide remote studio. We work across all major time zones via async-first standard practices, with scheduled overlap windows for critical phases.

Every engagement is covered by an NDA. Production systems are SOC 2 - aligned where the deployment context allows. We default to least-privilege access, encrypted secrets, audit logging, and dedicated cloud accounts per client.

Every deliverable ships with documentation, a runbook, and monitoring. We offer post-deployment retainers covering on-call, monthly performance reviews, and incremental feature work.
Q_08 Will I own the source code?
Yes. All bespoke code we write for a client is owned by the client on final payment. We retain ownership of pre-existing internal libraries and license them to the client perpetually.
